1. Develop a Social Media Strategy that is Specific to Your Business
First we sit down with your team for a research and strategy session to find your audience, who they follow and interact with and what messages resonate with them in order to define an effective content strategy.
2. Develop Content Calendars
Once you agree on the strategy we develop, we will start implementing. We will develop social media content one month in advance unique to your brand. We use a centralized feed planner that we upload content to and write captions for. For quality assurance, your team will have the ability to edit captions and sign off/move around content. You will have an opportunity to review and approve before anything goes live.
3. Growth Optimization and Daily Maintenance
Our social media marketing services includes daily management and growth optimization. We monitor all social media activity (comments, messages, and reviews), and aim to respond within 24 hours. In addition, we will use organic tactics (hashtags, following, contests, etc.) to grow your channels.
4. Reporting and Communication
Your social media manager will prepare monthly reports for you to review. We will track all analytics in order to optimize for better results the next month.

We Give You a Strategy + Guidance
You might be camera shy or just don’t know where to start when it comes to video. No worries. We give you tips, tricks, prompts and examples on what videos to create for us.
You Send, We Edit
You will shoot your own video content but don’t worry about editing it. We make it easy to share through a shared iCloud album where you will be able to upload all your content and share it with our team. We’ll start putting together and editing your content using trending audio and edits to go viral!

Our Process
Advertising Discovery Session
The first step we take is to begin the discovery phase of your campaign. This is when our team will assess your entire digital business, goals, current content and existing audiences to develop a custom advertising strategy. This is also where we will establish your budget.
FB/IG Ad and Audience Development
Once your advertising strategy is complete, we’ll begin building out your advertising funnel. Our advertising specialists will develop several versions of ads to run across your social platforms. Upon your approval, we will launch your advertising campaign.
Ad Monitoring
As your Instagram ads are running, we will be monitoring the ads on a daily basis. We will make sure that your ads are running and that you are in line with your budget. Most importantly, we will be monitoring the progress of the ads and pausing any combinations that are simply not working.
Ad Optimization
This most crucial step in any campaign. As your ads run, we will look for optimization opportunities. Our advertising specialists will analyze the performance data associated with your campaign, and make any necessary changes. This may include targeting new audiences, developing new ads, or trying different types of campaigns. Ad optimization is an advanced skill and one of the major benefits of working with an agency.
Campaign Analytics and Reporting
You will be sent Instagram advertising reports each month from our agency. It will display the amount of people reached, clicks received, as well as conversions achieved throughout your campaign.

After all the admin stuff is squared away, we send you a brand/business questionnaire. There you will fill out everything about your business that we need to know. Then we jump on a kick-off call to walk through everything and get aligned on a strategy moving forward. Then our team gets to work.
We aim to turn around draft 1 of your posts and feed layout in 2-4 days.
Then we’ll send to you for approval and you will get 2 revisions.
Once you approve the visuals, we begin writing the captions and hashtags.
We’ll aim to finish that in 1-2 days then we’ll send to you for approval. You’ll also get 2 revisions here.
The quicker you get us feedback, the quicker we can complete and submit the completed content calendar for the month. From start to finish, we aim to complete everything in 7-10 days.
Once all is approved, we schedule it out and start posting. We’ll be in touch with you throughout the month to answer any questions and collaborate. About 10 days before your content runs out, we’ll start building out your next feed! We have this down to an easy, streamlined process.

Giving us more assets and directions gives us more opportunity to make your social media content amazing. Please compile your branding, logos, images, videos, and any UGC content, company website and submit it with your survey.
The less assets and direction you give us, means you are giving us more creative freedom. Keep that in mind when you are writing your survey and time required to do revisions if it’s not what you are envisioning.

You will own the content we create for you and you are free to use it on other platforms. However, sometimes we pull content from other accounts – bloggers, influencers, inspiration accounts. If we do that, we will always tag and give credit to the account.

We don’t lock you into any long term contracts. We are a 4 month commitment to start, then month to month. 4 months gives us enough time to get ramped up, find what works, what doesn’t work, and optimize and adjust for best results.
